Hey there Beautiful

You are so Beautiful!
Psalms 139:14

Hey there Beautiful,  You are so beautiful is the mantra that I tell myself daily.  The reason for this is because for a long time I did not say those important words to myself.   In the mist of being a wife, mommy, work,..LIFE I neglected to tell myself those 3 little words You are beautiful!  Quite frankly, I neglected to do a lot of things that showed love to myself and made me feel beautiful.  What I did instead was to rely on the occasional compliments from

  My (Husband, kids, friends, strangers..whoever) To build me up or down, the problem with that is those compliments don't come often enough to keep you built up and you know what their not suppose to.  The beauty and love that comes from within should be solid from the foundation.  Because I did not stop to acknowledge "that I was beautiful"  I just went on with the daily routine of life and got lost in the shuffle... as a result my self-esteem took a hit.

   Knowing that your beautiful is something we all need to believe about ourselves according to Psalms 139:4.  The more I spend time alone with God the more I believe.  I soon realized I did not need to hear I was beautiful from others for it to be true,  I mean It's nice to hear...but not necessary.  Now I take the time to not only tell myself I'm beautiful I do those little things that make me feel beautiful too!  Daily I give myself time, love and care without any guilt or shame about it!  I'm so inspired by all of you and what you personally do to take care of yourselves. As women we need to love and support each other, more!!  Let’s start by accepting/loving ourselves by sharing our personal care stories and testimony.  I know that what works for me may not work for you vs. versa, but many of us lack knowledge because information is not being discussed or shared.  

  Information is POWER and KNOWLEDGE is key so let's get empowered together!   The one thing we all have in common is that we are all on a journey.  All of us desire to be the best that we can possibly be at every stage of life.  The one hope we all cling to is that It’s never too late to start the journey!!!  I say to myself and to  all of you jump-in and do something… The goal is to live your best life NOW not tomorrow, not after you get married, not after the kid’s grow-up, not after you lose weight It’s now without fear.. apology, guilt or shame.  Choose truth, choose love, and choose to live life fearlessly!!! Besides God said he would do all of the worrying, fretting and figuring it out so that you don't have too!
